But if you don't, we'll refund your payment within the first 14 days of service, subject to the conditions below.
To submit a refund request please raise a ticket at the myUrbanServers portal.
- Refund requests must be submitted via ticket at the myUrbanServers portal.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the service's start date.
- Refunds will be issued via the same method as the payment.
- Software licenses will be excluded from the refund.
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Data transfer usage has exceeded 50% of the monthly allowance.
- The customer is indebted to UrbanServers or any other part of ServerForce Ltd.
- There has been a breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Usage Policy.
